Know what grows each client next, and which one is slipping
For agencies with 6 to 30 client accounts. Every month we read each client's nine data sources together, flag what's slipping, and write the tasks that grow it.
Runs on real client accounts every monthCode computes every figureTwo accounts for $0, no card
Every account has a next growth move. Nobody has the hours to find it
Healthy accounts get no plan. The clients who aren't complaining get a report and nothing more. Their room to grow sits unread across nine sources.
The plan costs a Saturday.Working out what to scale, cut and fix is senior work, so only your biggest clients get it.
The client finds it first.Tracking breaks or an account drifts. You hear about it on a call, from the person paying you.
The Playbook reads all nine sources for every account and hands your team the growth moves, with a warning on anything slipping.

3 of 6 findings
1
GA4 + Search Console
The traffic jump is not buyers. 71% of the new sessions landed on two blog posts with no contact link. In GA4 alone, sessions up 84% reads as a win.
2
Google Ads + GA4
The ads are not failing. The tracking is. The main ad landing page took 340 sessions and logged zero form events, so only calls count as conversions.
3
Business Profile + lead count
The best lead source gets no hours. Profile calls rose from 10 to 14 after one small job, while $3,460 went to ads nobody can judge.

Fair questions
What access do you need, and who sees our data?
We send you one link. You approve access to each source through it, and you can remove that access at any time. Playbooks sit behind a login. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
Where is our data stored?
Playbooks are stored on our hosting provider's servers, behind a login. We read your sources only through the access you grant, and we use the data only to produce your Playbooks. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can't I do this with Claude myself?
For one account, yes. For every account, every month, the cost is in connecting nine sources per client, keeping those connections alive, and a senior person reviewing each plan. That is at least 3 hours per account per month that we take off your team.
Does the AI explain why a number moved?
It reads every source together, so a move in leads gets checked against ads, rankings and tracking, then turned into a task. See it on two accounts for $0.
Why a flat price and not a price per client?
Per-client meters charge you more for growing. Here the rate per account falls as you add clients, from $37.38 down to $28.30.
Can I trust the numbers?
Code computes every figure, and the AI does no arithmetic. Each source gets a health check, so a broken connection is caught before it slows growth.
