Growth Playbook is a service of [YOUR COMPANY] ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we handle and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, work email, agency website and number of client accounts.
- Marketing data from accounts you connect: figures from sources such as Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook, plus a crawl of the public website.
- Basic site data: standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, when you visit this site.
How we get access
We send you a link. You approve access to each source through that link. You can remove our access at any time.
How we use it
- To produce your Playbooks and related pages, such as the portfolio page and client dashboards.
- To check that each data source is connected and reporting.
- To reply to you, bill you and run the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share one customer's data with another customer.
Who else handles it
We use other companies to host the service, connect to data sources, process data with AI models and send email. They handle data only to provide those services to us.
Where it is stored and how long
Playbooks are stored on our hosting provider's servers, behind a login. We keep your data while you are a customer. If you ask us to delete it, or within 90 days after you cancel, we delete your Playbooks and the data behind them, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Sensitive data
The service is built for marketing figures. Do not connect sources that expose health records, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data unless you are permitted to share them with us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will answer within 30 days.
